2. Appointments
Appointments can be booked online via rcutsbarbershop.com, which redirects to Fresha, our scheduling partner. Appointment confirmations and reminders are handled by Fresha. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate when booking.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows
We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a refusal of future bookings or prepayment requirements.

4. Payments
Payments for services are made directly in person at Rcuts Barbershop. Fresha may securely process deposits or prepayments as needed, subject to Fresha’s own payment terms.

5. Refunds
All services are non-refundable once completed. If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and address your concern.

6. Use of Personal Data
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile number, you authorize Rcuts Barbershop to send text messages related to your appointment or review requests. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

8. Liability
Rcuts Barbershop and its employees are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from services performed, website use, or third-party links. You agree to use our services at your own discretion and risk.

9. Third-Party Links
Our website contains links to external platforms, including Fresha and Google. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these third-party sites.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton, Ontario.
